Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ORG2 Cloud, the managed session-sync service operated by ORG2. By creating an account or joining an organization you agree to these Terms.

ORG2 Cloud stores and replays coding-session data you choose to sync to managed organizations. Free organizations retain replay history for a limited window; paid plans extend it. Retention is a read-time visibility window — your data is not deleted when a window lapses.

You own the sessions you sync. You are responsible for the content you upload and for the members you invite into your organizations. Do not upload unlawful content or secrets you are not entitled to share.

Paid plans are billed per the plan you select. Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; access to paid retention windows ends when the subscription lapses (subject to any grace period stated at purchase).

You may delete your account at any time from account settings, which removes your personal data and the sessions you own. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORG2 disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
